![]() ![]() ![]() The vehicles themselves handle an order of magnitude better in V than they did in IV though, going from wobbly top heavy clown cars to something more like a typical arcade racer. The vehicle damage was toned down a lot too, likely so that cars in online races would last more than a few crashes, but I always got a kick out of how far you could trash the cars in GTA IV. ![]() GTAV's NPCs were unfortunately not as fleshed out as the ones in IV, like the police who now seem almost void of any sort of complex AI, which to me is the game's biggest issue. The map was much more complex with a lot more verticality with mountains and hilly areas. You could also fly airplanes and swim under the water. There were a lot more building with interiors. The game was much larger and more complex with a lot more to do. While he's not wrong that those things have gone missing or aren't as good anymore, there were a lot of things GTAV did better than IV. Crowbcat is really good at picking things that are often fairly minor issues from games then shitting on the entire works because of them. I played a lot more GTA IV than V, but I find GTA V gets shit on more than it deserves.
